Olitas (little waves) is a unique Mexican restaurant nestled atop The Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf. We not only feature traditional Mexican cuisine, but also serve many innovative and exciting specialty dishes often using certified organic garden fresh ingredients.
Prepared daily, Olitas offers a wide array of fresh seafood and fine meats. Some of the favorites include the Maine Lobster Quesadilla with a lobster dipping sauce, a seared Ahi Tuna Tostada Stack with black bean and papaya salsa with mixed greens and tamarind vinaigrette, Free Range Duck “Carnitas” Tacos with goat cheese and three classic moles Camarones with red chile risotto just to mention a few and many more.
